Working from home and need to break up your day with some movement and activity? Need a way to stay accountable to a fitness routine on lockdown or don’t know how to start a fitness routine at home? Try our zoom movement class! Our program focuses on balance, core stability, mobility and functional strength to help you become a better mover. Our program includes variations for all fitness levels and equipment that you have available at home. Try our classes for 2 weeks to see if its the right fit for you!
Whether you prefer to move in the mornings, during your lunch hour, or in the evenings, we offer classes at varying times so you can choose what best suits your lifestyle!
Mondays & Wednesdays:
