Plank

How to do a proper plank:

  1. Position yourself on your hands and knees
  2. Walk your hands slowly forward until you form a straight line from your head to your knees
  3. Lift your knees into the air until you form a straight line from your head to your feet
  4. Lower yourself onto your elbows, resting your forearms flat on the floor
  5. Hold this position until you feel tired
