Plank
How to do a proper plank:
- Position yourself on your hands and knees
- Walk your hands slowly forward until you form a straight line from your head to your knees
- Lift your knees into the air until you form a straight line from your head to your feet
- Lower yourself onto your elbows, resting your forearms flat on the floor
- Hold this position until you feel tired
